Q: Is there a free trial? A: We offer a free exploration period so you can see the AI builder in action before committing. Check the Plans page for current trial availability.

AI Builder

Q: How do AI credits work? A: Credits power every AI action — generating sections, writing copy, building pages, creating custom blocks, and more. Credits are included with your plan and refresh each billing cycle. You can purchase Credit Top-Up packs at any time.

Q: What can the AI builder actually do? A: The AI builder can generate complete homepages, individual sections, custom blocks, page copy, FAQ and pricing sections, navigation, CMS pages, SEO copy, and even deploy backend services — all from a plain-English description.

Q: Does AI generation replace the visual editor? A: No. AI generation and the visual editor work together. The AI builds a great starting point; the visual editor lets you refine, rearrange, and customize every detail.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Q: Is hosting really included? A: Yes. Every AlphaZero plan includes complete hosting — global CDN, automatic SSL, custom domain support, and 99.9% uptime — at no extra charge. No Netlify, Vercel, or AWS account required.

Q: Can I connect a custom domain? A: Absolutely. Connect your own domain in Settings → Domains. AlphaZero handles SSL provisioning automatically.

Add-Ons & Apps

Q: Which add-ons are free? A: Core add-ons including reviews, loyalty, email marketing, newsletter popups, live chat support, affiliate tracking, and more are included with every plan. Premium add-ons with advanced configuration are available on higher-tier plans.

Q: Can I build custom apps? A: Yes — on Pro and Agency plans. The app-building environment includes custom backend service deployment, hosted widgets with their own JavaScript sandbox, custom app connections, and an App Proxy framework.

Virtual World

Q: What is the AlphaZero Virtual World? A: It's a connected 3D digital universe built into the platform. Every published AlphaZero store automatically gets a presence in the Virtual World, where users and businesses can discover each other, explore storefronts, and connect.

Q: Do I need to do anything special to get into the Virtual World? A: No. Publish your store and you're in. Your Virtual World presence is created automatically and linked to your live storefront.
